General Introduction of Sawdust Biomass Briquette Machine
The simple process for producing the charcoal briquettes is like this:
1. Crush the raw materials into small pieces(around 3MM diameter) by Crusher Machine(Hammer Mill);
2. Dry the crushed materials by Dryer Machine, make the crushed material's moisture content below 12%;
3. Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make sawdust briquettes.
4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final products, this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine).

Other things should attention on our Sawdust Biomass Briquette Machine
1. The input materials' shape for briquette machine should below diameter 3MM and moisture content around 12%.2. Products' shape for biomass briquette machine: Hexagon shape, diamater 50-80MM with a hole inside, the hole's size is diameter 15MM, the length can be adjusted between 300MM to 700MM.3. Feeding materials can be any plant powder, like sawdust, straw, Cashew Shell, corn stalk, coconut shell, etc. But the size should below diameter 3MM and moisture content around 12%.4. Do not need any addition agent.5. Our delivery time is 10 days after receive the payment.6. Our Minimum Order Quantity is one piece of machine.7. Our guarantee time for the main machine body is one year time(not including the spare parts).
8. 1 ton sawdust briquette can get 0.35 ton charcoal briquette.
